Medium sized, trough style uplighting cornice.  The Orac C901 uplighting cornice is inspired from the Ovolo shape and features a moulded detail at the bottom wall section which flows up to a deep concave curve.  The shape of this is designed to optimise the flow of light upwards to the ceiling.  Indirect lighting cornice is a great way to provide a mood lighting and takes away the need for a central pendant light.  Of course you can still use a central light and our R40 ceiling rose would be a lovely match to this profile.

Install in the same way as normal coving and simply drop the uplighting cornice approximately 10-14cm from the ceiling and install using any LED rope or tape lighting system.

DESIGN IDEA – Position the cornice closer to the ceiling for an even softer lighting effect.  Our suggestion of 14cm drop is to allow maximum light flow but you can really position it wherever you feel looks best for your space.  Indirect lighting is a great way to illuminate a bathroom or kitchen.
