DESIGN IDEA: Install this panel below picture rail level and incorporate LED lighting in to your picture rail.  Our C324 coving is ideal used at picture rail level and has a small chamfer for the lights to sit within.  Paint the panel. skirting and picture rail all dark with the area above a light colour.  This will give illusion of more height within the room.
