The Orac CX199 is a small plain lightweight coving and is the smaller version of our bestselling CX106.

TOP TIP– It is important to install the correct size of cornice for your ceiling height / room size.  If you have a Victorian / Georgian or Edwardian property, the following are good tips.  Adding a picture rail below the cornice helps to bring down a tall ceiling.  Similarly adding a ceiling astragal around the room helps to bring in the vast expanse of plain ceiling in a large room.  The CX199 is the perfect cornice to use with any variety of picture rail or ceiling mouldings.  You decide where you want to position the additional mouldings and paint this all one colour with the coving to give the illusion of one larger coving.
