Large, traditional, swans neck style, plaster cornice.  This style of plaster cornice would suit Victorian, Georgian and Edwardian properties and features a deep concave profile with plain linear lines extending across the ceiling.  Using a picture rail below a corncie is a great way of breaking up tall ceilings.  Once painted all one colour, it will give the illusion on one larger cornice.
